Diners will be treated to a four course dinner from Jonny Nicolson and a producer talk by Jeremy Thickitt of Emmerdale Farm Shop and Clarkes' of Bramfield.
- Peppered Red Poll fillet carpaccio with watercress-shallot salad, tarragon, horseradish and mustard, parmesan drizzle
- Duo of Red Poll: Osso Bucco shin, potato mousseline, garlic kale and port ragout; char-grilled bavette and bearnaise sauce
- Bungay's Baron Bigod Brie rarebit with caramelised onion relish
- Baked Swiss dark chocolate fondant with pistachio custard and orange crème chantilly
